Our Story

Built by Operators, For Operators

Before AcquisitionReps.com ever existed, we were operators just like you — running multiple deals, drowning in leads, and trying to scale with no time left to breathe.

Who We Are:

We're not recruiters. We're real estate operators, fractional COOs, and sales leaders who've built a complete placement and performance system designed specifically for acquisitions.

The Problem We Lived

We've felt the sting of bad hires.

The "closer" who talks a big game but never performs.

The one who leaves after 60 days — right after you've spent weeks training them.

The wasted payroll. The missed follow-up. The money slipping through the cracks.

Our Approach

Our process starts with your business — not the candidate. We fix your foundation first: your lead flow, CRM setup, comp structure, and accountability rhythm. That's what we call the Business Tune-Up.

Why We Built This

That's why we built AcquisitionReps.com — to protect investors from ever having to go through that again.

The System That Works

Once your foundation is solid, we source and pressure-test U.S.-based acquisition candidates through multiple interviews, mock sales calls, and behavioral assessments to uncover who can actually thrive in your environment.

When you hire through us, we don't disappear. That's when the real work begins. After placement, we take your new rep through a structured 90-day onboarding process and 12 months of advanced sales coaching and management.

The Result

You get a proven closer who performs in your business — not just in theory.

Your systems finally work together.

And you get your time (and margins) back.

At AcquisitionReps.com, we're not just building sales teams. We're rebuilding the lives of business owners who've been stuck doing it all themselves.
