Collectively (part of The Brandtech Group) is a values-centered, global social influence company and one of the most awarded and recognized agencies in creator marketing. We partner with forward-thinking brands across technology, fashion, retail, entertainment, consumer goods, travel and hospitality to build deeply integrated social activation strategies that move culture and drive measurable results.

We combine the most sophisticated technology in the industry with a high-touch, strategy-led services approach. Our proprietary tools and offerings (including Collectively OS and Chorus) power the operational backbone of our campaigns, while our people bring the creativity, rigor, and true partnership.

Our culture runs on a simple philosophy: high performance, low ego.

We're a remote-first team of 165, and when you join Collectively, you join a place where egos get checked at the door and people show up for one another. Our co-founders, Ryan Stern and Alexa Tonner, have built an agency where empathy and accountability for doing great work coexist. Leadership here is intentional, direct, and human. That tone starts at the top and carries through everything.

We believe generosity is our competitive advantage in how we partner with clients and in how we invest in our people. You'll find mentorship, real career progression, and a culture that's as committed to your growth as it is to the work.

In 2026, 95% of staff said they were proud to work here, and 90% would recommend Collectively as a great place to work. Our agency is made up of 88% women and 50% BIPOC. We’re proud to have been named one of ADWEEK’s Fastest Growing Agencies and Top 10 Women-Led.

The Collectively Code, a set of principles that guide how we show up everyday for our teams, clients, and creators:
