Why Example Corp

Five reasons people love
working here.

Collaborate Work with great people. We’re passionate about helping companies build top-notch teams — and we couldn’t be more proud of the team we’ve built for ourselves. It’s easy to love your job when you get to work with people like this every day.	Grow Own your development. We trust you to do your job from day one and know that your career development is essential to all of our success. Your growth here is real, not performative.
Belong Be your whole self. We fully believe that people being their authentic selves do their best work. Example Corp prioritizes creating an environment that actively supports that — not as a policy, but as a practice.	Engage Talk directly to leadership. Our founders host a monthly AMA where they answer all questions — large, small, and awkward. Our leadership team prioritizes accessibility and transparency, and they mean it.
