Help shape the future of financial reporting. Join our team.

One Foundation. One mission.

At the IFRS Foundation, we believe better information leads to better decisions. We set financial reporting standards that enable companies to meet the evolving information needs of the global capital markets. United by our purpose to foster trust, growth and long-term financial stability in the global economy, we engage in challenging, meaningful work every day—across all our areas of expertise.

Diverse perspectives. International expertise.

Working for our global organisation offers many benefits, including:

rewarding work that serves the public interest;
engagement with diverse international experts;
inclusive and collaborative teams;
intellectually challenging projects;
flexible working arrangements;
numerous areas of specialisation; and
opportunities for professional growth and development.

Diversity and inclusion are seen as key strengths of our organisation. These qualities are essential for us to engage with and meet the needs of our varied global stakeholders, and they are part of what makes the IFRS Foundation a great place to work.

Community culture. Global impact.

Collaboration is embedded in our culture and values. We work at a global scale, but building community—engaging directly, listening, thriving together—is critical to our success. Externally, we engage regularly with our stakeholders around the world, encouraging them to follow and contribute to our work. Internally, we work across teams to deliver as one. Our inclusive, collaborative culture and process build trust and global acceptance of IFRS Standards and, ultimately, better information for better-functioning capital markets.

Well-functioning markets:

provide funding for the goods and services we use and returns for our investment portfolios;
enable governments to borrow money for development and companies to finance business and manage risks; and
bring local economies together into one global system, facilitating capital allocation and supporting worldwide growth and financial stability.

Our work matters—and every role in the Foundation plays a part.
