Wantable is a fast-moving company with a vision and roadmap to be a leading next-generation eCommerce retailer. We’re looking for exceptional, smart and fashion-forward people to join our dynamic and growing team.

Are you ready to work for a purpose-led brand with such a strong commitment to its customer, it will inspire you every day to be your best you?

As a try-before-you-buy retailer, we use passion, hustle and hard work to fuel our customers’ self confidence by delivering stylist-picked looks to their door.
We believe clothes have much more than a material value, we believe they have the power to transform how you feel.

Wantable is headquartered in Walker’s Point, Milwaukee, a bustling, up-and-coming neighborhood just south of downtown. We’re a diverse and dedicated crew, making a difference for our customers and our community.
Are you ready to dive in, and give us your all?

Wantable team members enjoy a generous 50% discount in the Wantable Cafe. We have a laid-back, casual (and dog-friendly!) environment with an open floor plan, cozy nooks for collaboration and an employee lounge. It’s the workplace of your dreams.

We’re a family-friendly company with flexible schedules, paid parental leave and a private room for nursing mothers.

Even more exciting: paid vacation and six paid holidays per year, plus a 50% discount on all merchandise. You’ll be eligible for the discount from your first day.

Important, but maybe less thrilling: we offer medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as a 401K (both pre-tax and Roth options). We have ample parking, and if you take the bus we’ll fully reimburse your fare receipts.

We also have pretty fun company events. We like to work hard and play hard.
