Who are we?

Xolo is a digital financial platform that helps independent professionals and microbusinesses start and run their businesses with confidence.

Our platform combines smart software with the expertise of accountants and tax specialists, bringing together business registration, invoicing, accounting, and tax compliance. We ensure businesses stay compliant and financially organized, operating across different markets.

Today, thousands of solopreneurs rely on Xolo to reduce administrative complexity so they can focus on their expertise, doing the best work for their clients, and growing their business.

Xolo is legally registered in Estonia, Spain, and Italy, supporting solopreneurs with both local expertise and solutions that work across European and global markets.

What is our mission?

"To make Xolopreneuership better than employment"

We believe independent professionals should have the freedom to build their own path without being overwhelmed by bureaucracy. Our goal is to make running a business as simple and accessible as possible.

How We Work and Life at Xolo

We are a distributed team of 130+ people working across over 10 countries. For those based in Estonia, we have cozy offices in Tallinn and Tartu, following a flexible hybrid work model.

Even though we work in a distributed set-up, we believe in bringing people together. Every summer, we bring the team together in Estonia for a company-wide gathering, creating a space to meet in person, spend time together, and enjoy the Estonian summer while it lasts.

We aim to build a workplace that is kind, supportive, and where people have the autonomy to do their best work. Our values, Bighearted, Maverick, and Clockwork, shape how we work together and how we support the solopreneurs who rely on us. You can learn more about our culture and values on our careers page.
