1st Offshore Construction Shift Supervisor / Subsea / ROV / 20.10.26

The 1st Offshore Construction Shift Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating offshore construction activities, with a particular focus on subsea operations and ROV-supported activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily offshore construction and subsea operations.
• Coordinate ROV-supported activities and subsea installation works.
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of offshore construction tasks.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and relevant departments.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project procedures and HSE requirements.
• Report operational progress and technical or safety concerns to offshore management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a 1st Assistant or equivalent offshore construction supervisory role.
• 6–7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong Subsea/ROV background, including experience onboard offshore construction vessels.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Availability at short notice is essential.
