Description:
The Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District, an award-winning, Central Monmouth, K-8 school district with a tradition of excellence in education, is seeking to fill a Maintenance/HVAC Position with the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Black Seal license preferred. Employment terms mandate securing said license within two years of hire
- Verifiable valid New Jersey driver's license required
- New Jersey HVAC license preferred
- Five years verifiable experience in HVAC/mechanical maintenance and installation. Also verifiable experience in Building Automation Systems
- Universal EPA Transition and Recovery Certification required
- Electrical and/or motor control knowledge
- Ability to maintain hydronic pumps, valves, etc.
- Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds and arial work platforms
- Ability to lift seventy-five (75) pounds
Terms of Employment:
- 12 - Months
- Full-Time
- Non-Tenure Track
- Days/Hours:
- Monday - Friday/6:30 am - 3:00 pm
- Salary:
- $55,580, plus $2000 Stipend for HVAC License
- When obtained
- $625 Black Seal License stipend
- $1,500 Building Automation License stipend
- Contracts terms, salary and benefits as established by the MEEA Support Bargaining Agreement
