- Collaborative team of 12 MFM physicians and 4 APPs
- Comprehensive support from genetic counselors, high-risk ultrasound technologists, nurses, and additional clinical staff
- Opportunity to help shape and grow a newer MFM location while benefiting from the resources of three established clinics
- Mix of outpatient care and inpatient MFM coverage, providing clinical variety and exposure to complex cases
- Opportunities to perform CVS, amniocentesis, intrauterine blood transfusions, amnioreduction, and other needle-based procedures, based on physician interest and experience
- This position offers academic affiliation through the Wake Forest University School of Medicine and includes opportunities to work with medical students and residents. Physicians participate in medical student and resident didactics and simulation sessions, with educational responsibilities shared across the division
- Research is not required, but physicians may participate in divisional initiatives and resident research projects based on their interests. Thursday mornings are dedicated to educational sessions, administrative meetings, and related responsibilities.
