A#1 Air is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated team! This role serves as a critical link between operations, finance, payroll, and administration, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of day-to-day business functions.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• Flexible Hours, Full-time

What you will do:

• Process daily batching and posting of invoices and financial transactions.
• Prepare and process customer refunds and adjustment invoices.
• Collect and apply payments as needed.
• Process and reconcile cash and check deposits.
• Balance and resolve financial items received from the Home Office.
• Update invoices and maintain accurate customer account records.
• Correct and rebook estimates that were scheduled incorrectly.
• Apply discounts to align with sold estimates and approved pricing.
• Unsell canceled estimates and ensure records are updated appropriately.
• Monitor invoices with outstanding balances and communicate follow-up needs with Accounts Receivable teams.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and support month-end reconciliation activities.
• Serve as a key administrative support resource for daily business operations.
• Ensure financial and operational records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with field teams, management, Accounts Receivable, and Home Office personnel to resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with special projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information.

What you bring:

• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Service Titan Experience or similar (highly preferred)
• Detail Oriented
• Self motivated
