The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for corresponding with customers via email and phone, collecting on the customers’ open balances, and providing customers with reports and requested invoices. The candidate will also process checks, credit cards and ACH payments in Great Plains. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is highly organized, customer service driven with the ability to communicate effectively via email and phone calls and maintain professional and ethical standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate with and collect on customers with open balances
• Process payments
• Assist Accounts Receivable Manager with other ad hoc projects as needed
• Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
• Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
• Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
