Administrative Assistant

Pay: $16–$24/hour, based on experience and skills; potential for sales commission
Schedule: Part-time or full-time
Work arrangement: On-site strongly preferred; hybrid or remote considered for qualified candidates

Case Manager (healthcare or disability services prefered), Medical Admin.

Testa-Seat makes portable postural support seats that help children join everyday moments, from family meals to play and learning. Our mission is to bring more comfort, participation, and possibility to children and their families.

We’re looking for a warm, organized, proactive person to guide customers, build relationships, and coordinate orders.
You’ll work directly with the founder to help more families find the support they need.

What You’ll Do:
Customer Outreach
Respond to inquiries across channels
Follow up with leads email and async communication
Answer questions about our products, specs, pricing, and ordering
Manage orders in Shopify, process refunds, generate shipping labels
Schedule meetings and calls with prospects
Reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and video meetings
Relationship Building:
Build lasting connections with therapists, hospitals, charities, and parent groups
Check in with customers regularly, gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, build loyalty
Follow up to understand client needs and collect testimonials or case studies
Must-Haves:
At least 3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
A natural communicator who connects easily with all kinds of people
Confident presenting - one-on-one or to a group, online or in person
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Proactive, independent, and resourceful - you don't wait to be told what's next
Must know for full compensation:
Comfortable with CRM platforms (GHL experience is a plus, or need to learn fast)
Familiar with Shopify
