# AEM Developer ## Job Summary The AEM Developer is responsible for developing mission-critical systems that deliver high availability and performance. This role involves participating in all phases of the development lifecycle, writing well-designed and testable code, and preparing releases of software components. The developer will support continuous improvement by exploring alternative technologies and actively participating in client meetings. ## Responsibilities - Develop mission-critical systems, ensuring high availability and performance. - Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle. - Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code. - Prepare and produce software component releases. - Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies. - Actively participate in client meetings. ## Qualifications - **Educational Background**: BS/MS degree, bootcamp graduate, or equivalent self-education. - **Experience**: 3+ years of professional hands-on AEM development experience. - **Technical Skills**: - Proficiency with AEM, Java, Sling. - Solid understanding of systems design, caching, and persistence. - Familiarity with modern programming architecture. - **Other Skills**: - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Experience with Agile development, preferably SCRUM, and Unit Testing. ## Preferred Skills - Experience building sites using AEM Cloud Service or AEM 6.5. ## Experience - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in AEM Development and Java Programming. ## Environment - **Location**: Remote - **Type**: Contractual - **Start Date**: 1 month from the date of hire ## Salary Estimated salary range: ₹1,000,000 - ₹2,000,000 ## Growth Opportunities Not specified. ## Benefits Not specified.
