AI Marketing & Content Senior Consultant | Deloitte Digital Poland
AI is reshaping how organizations create content, engage customers and deliver marketing and commerce experiences.
At Deloitte Digital, we help clients turn emerging technology into practical services and measurable business value.
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on consultant to help develop our AI Marketing & Commerce practice.
You’ll combine practical AI experimentation with client consulting—developing commercially viable services, shaping client opportunities and leading delivery workstreams.
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
- Have hands-on experience using GenAI and rapid-prototyping tools to turn ideas into working demonstrations or proofs of concept.
- Can translate a client problem into a clear proposed solution, defined deliverables, an implementation approach and a business case.
- Can explain emerging ideas clearly to senior clients and collaborate confidently with teams across different disciplines.
- Can assess new AI models and platforms critically, distinguish practical value from hype and develop an approach when no established methodology exists.
- Can connect strategy with execution, from developing a service concept to building or coordinating a proof of concept and leading delivery workstreams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in any of these areas would be valuable, but we don’t expect expertise across all of them:
- Marketing, content, customer experience, commerce or digital transformation; consulting, agency or other complex client-facing work.
- GenAI for marketing or content; content supply chains and operations; personalisation and experimentation.
- Search engine optimisation (SEO), AI search discoverability or generative engine optimisation (GEO); digital analytics and measurement.
- Marketing technology such as Adobe, Salesforce or Braze.
- Experience bringing new services to market, pitching to clients or supporting business development.
