AI Deployment Manager Scale

You will help establish and operate a scaled account-management motion for a broad enterprise portfolio. You will use agentic workflows to identify risks and opportunities, prioritize outreach, drive adoption and value realization, and convert customer feedback into reusable playbooks and offerings.

Responsibilities

• Help establish and run the Scale ADM motion across an enterprise portfolio
• Use agentic workflows to triage account health and prioritize outreach
• Drive adoption, retention, expansion, and account growth
• Extend existing marketing, education, and onboarding programs into reusable motions
• Shape playbooks and offerings using customer feedback

Requirements

• Experience in high-velocity multi-customer environments
• Product fluency and interest in AI
• Experience designing how agents work
• Customer success or adjacent post-sales experience
• Account and relationship management experience focused on customer outcomes
