As an AI Engineer, you’ll design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure reliable and high-quality outputs. You’ll build and implement advanced AI solutions utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases to transform complex financial data into actionable insights.
You will also collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and business experts, taking projects through the entire lifecycle — from problem discovery and prototyping to production-grade deployment.

Languages & Frameworks
- Python (3+ years), Java (regular).
- FastAPI, LangChain, Data containers, Spring.
Databases & Infrastructure
- SQL databases (PostgreSQL), Vector databases, Redis (KV stores).
- Azure / GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GCP Cloud Build).
- Experience with containers and cloud-native architectures.
AI & ML Expertise
- Knowledge of LLMs and their usage on domain-specific data.
- Experience with RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI architectures.
- ML, NLP, and deep learning experience, including experimentation and model development.
Engineering Practices
- Microservices architecture and observability concepts.
- Strong understanding of API design and concurrency models.
- Practical experience with TDD and BDD methodologies.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to convey technical details to diverse business and technical audiences.
