Description
- + 7 years of experience working in the legal department of an international company and /or law firm/in-house/ providing legal advice to international clients;
- Strong knowledge and experience in IT, IP and AI law, ideally combining legal proficiency with experience in information technology, AI and IP;
- Solid knowledge on related regulatory environment, including in particular, without limitation AI regulation;
- Proficiency in legal and regulatory advisory and monitoring, compliance, risk and data management as well as legal advice;
- Previous experience in support of enterprises in their digital transformation and/or business strategy projects is a plus;
- Being a qualified lawyer is a plus;
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
- A good understanding of the challenges and requirements of an in-house legal team/GC;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of organizational structure in multi-national and multi-cultural corporations;
- Ability to work independently;
- Result driven and oriented person with meticulous attention to detail;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to work efficiently and to a high quality within performance standards;
- Willing to embrace new challenges and is a team player.
