Teacher - Language Arts/Social Studies – Grade 6

POSITION AVAILABLE:

January 4, 2027 – June 30, 2027

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Language Arts/Social Studies Teacher to instruct students in a classroom environment that fosters learning, personal growth, and works to achieve the educational goals established by the district using approved curricula, textbooks and other appropriate teaching materials.

REQUIREMENTS:

• NJ Elementary (1000) Certification or
• Elementary School with MS Specialization 5-8 LA (1106) with Elementary Education K-6 (1001) or
• Elementary School with MS Specialization 5-8 LA (1106) and Elementary School with MS Specialization 5-8 SS (1104)
• Exemplary Technology Skills
• Ability to collaboratively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
