. ### **Overview** You will join the HR & ERP Applications Platform within the Domain Governance Functions of Group Technology. You will be responsible for designing and defining application and architectural solutions supporting the HR area of Intesa Sanpaolo, one of the largest private employers in Italy. You will contribute to the evolution of HR systems by integrating modern cloud and on-premise solutions from market leaders. You will work with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate the suppliers who will support you in the role. ### **What will your responsibilities be** - Design, define and contribute to the evolution of application and architectural solutions supporting the digital transformation of HR - Work with the Design Authority team in the architectural governance process, ensuring adherence to standards and the sustainability of solutions - Evaluate and integrate modern cloud-based and on-premise software solutions from the main market suppliers (including SAP Hana, SAP BTP, SAP Successfactors, SAP BDC/DataSphere, Databricks, ServiceNow) - Manage relationships with HR business owners for requirements analysis and with stakeholders involved in business and project processes - Work with Project Managers to define Work Progress Statuses, identify critical issues and proactively manage project risks - Ensure that activities are consistent with company standards and regulations regarding Cybersecurity, Privacy, Change Management and compliance ### **Who we are looking for** If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you: - 1-3 years of experience in the role, ideally with knowledge of the HR area - Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM disciplines - Knowledge, evaluation and design of application and architectural solutions - Knowledge of paradigms and models of software integration, both cloud and on-premise - Knowledge of development methodologies, the software lifecycle and modern IT architectures - Ability to optimise and validate estimates, project plans and the drafting of technical specifications - English minimum level B1 Knowledge of the following is a preferred qualification: - SAP Hana - SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) - SAP SuccessFactors - SAP BDC/DataSphere - SAP BW - ServiceNow HR Service Delivery - Databricks - HR functional context - Intesa Sanpaolo work context - Having completed study and/or work experience in an international setting ### **What we offer** - Gross annual salary starting from 35.650 € - The Group provides a variable component of remuneration as regulated by the Remuneration Policies available on the Group website - Complementary elements governed by the National Collective Labour Agreement for Credit and second-level company agreements - Professional development initiatives supporting the growth of our people - Wide training offer through the Corporate Academy dedicated to the continuous development of professional, managerial and transversal skills at all levels - Possibility to opt for flexible work and the 4x9 compressed work week - Modern and integrated corporate welfare system ([link](https://group.intesasanpaolo.com/it/careers/perche-intesa-sanpaolo/welfare-e-benefit)) - Health coverage and supplementary pension from the date of hire - Advantages on the Group's banking products and services ### **Who we are** We are leaders in Italy and one of the main banking groups in Europe.
