Inside Sales Representative

West Shore Home is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to join our Mechanicsburg call center team. In this role, you’ll speak with customers who have already expressed interest in our products and help schedule appointments for our In-Home Sales team.
This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales role focused on customer engagement and appointment setting - no cold calling.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $18.75-19.75 + Performance Bonus
Performance Bonus: $2,500–$7,000 Average Annual Bonus Opportunity. This range represents average annual bonus earnings and is not guaranteed. Actual earnings vary based on performance and eligibility.
What You’ll Do

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Reconnect with customers who previously met with our sales team
Schedule appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives
Educate customers on West Shore Home products and services
Track customer interactions in Salesforce
Work toward daily and monthly performance goals
