Ever wondered who is behind the UK’s most famous landmarks? From the paving in our city centres to the roofs over our heads, Marshalls plc has been leading the way since the 1890s. We are a FTSE 250 Superbrand, but we do more than just manufacture; we create the foundations of the world around us.

Our operations are organised into three distinct divisions: Marshalls Landscape Products, Marshalls Building Products, and Marley Roofing Products.

At Marley, innovation has always been at the heart of what we do. From pioneering concrete roof tiles and introducing the UK's first dry-fix roofing system to developing award-winning roof-integrated solar technology, we've consistently led the way in delivering smarter, more sustainable roofing solutions.

We are now offering a rare and exciting opportunity to join us as a Customer Service Apprentice and start a career with a company that truly invests in you.

So, what’s the role?
You will spend approximately 15 months developing the skills, knowledge and experience needed to become a customer service professional, while gaining exposure to both our Customer Service and Technical Advisory teams.

This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to rotate between our Customer Service and Technical Advisory teams, giving you valuable insight into how Marley supports customers at every stage of their journey. You'll develop skills in customer service, order management, problem solving and relationship building, while gaining technical product knowledge and learning how to provide effective customer solutions. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll support customers across multiple channels and build an understanding of technical specifications, product applications and industry standards.

As part of the apprenticeship, you'll attend Burton and South Derbyshire College one day per month (Thursday) while spending the remainder of your time gaining hands-on experience at our Burton upon Trent site.

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gain a recognised qualification and experience two specialist functions, giving you a strong foundation for a future career in customer service, technical support or other areas of the business.

This is a real career path with a clear and supported structure.
The Result: Join us in a permanent job as either Customer Service Advisor or Technical Advisor
