About the Position
We are looking for an Arabic & English-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international customer service team in Lisbon.
In this role, you will support customers in Arabic and English and assist with digital advertising-related products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Arabic and English.
- Assist customers with digital advertising products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Support customers with campaign-related questions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Provide guidance on advertising tools and processes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work effectively with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and English.
- Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Previous experience managing paid advertising campaigns is mandatory.
- Experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in a contact centre or service environment related to advertising technology is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
