Artificial Intelligence Support Specialist English

Join a Lisbon team supporting customers who use artificial intelligence tools and digital products every day. Your role is to answer questions, solve issues and explain product features in clear English, helping people get the most out of the technology they rely on.

Day to day, you will handle inbound queries, troubleshoot technical problems, follow established procedures and share feedback that helps improve the product. Accuracy and a calm, friendly tone are essential, especially when customers are frustrated.

The ideal candidate has English at C1 level or higher, a background in technology or technical support, and curiosity about how artificial intelligence works. Shifts are scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00, and we are hiring for an immediate start. We also value reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude, and every new colleague receives regular feedback and a clear path for development from the first day.

Candidates must have the right to work in Portugal, such as European Union citizenship, a valid residence card or permit, or refugee status.
