Our assembly operation in Wehl is growing. As we expand our product offering and continue raising the level of service we provide to customers, we are strengthening our team with new colleagues. You will join a dynamic manufacturing environment where safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are central to how we work.
As an Assembler, you will focus on subassembly and help maintain a smooth production flow. Following established procedures, you will use hand tools and assembly equipment to produce consistent, high-quality work. You will work closely with your colleagues to achieve daily production targets safely and efficiently.
Location: Wehl, the Netherlands
Working hours: Monday through Friday, 8.00 - 16.30.
What you’ll do
- Assemble standard components according to established procedures, ensuring consistent product quality.
- Work with your colleagues to keep the production line running smoothly and meet daily targets.
- Use hand tools and assembly and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow safety standards, processes, and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
- Check your work against our quality standards to prevent errors.
- Keep your work area clean and organized, supporting a safe and efficient workflow.
What you bring
- At least one year of experience in a lean assembly environment.
- Experience using hand tools.
- Comfort with repetitive assembly work.
- A practical, flexible, and team-focused approach.
- The ability to work to deadlines and overtime when needed.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische productieomgeving waarin veiligheid, kwaliteit, samenwerking en continu verbeteren centraal staan.
Als Assembler richt je je op subassemblage en draag je bij aan een soepel productieproces. Je werkt volgens vastgestelde procedures en gebruikt handgereedschap en assemblageapparatuur om consistent werk van hoge kwaliteit te leveren. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse productiedoelstellingen veilig en efficiënt worden behaald.
Locatie: Wehl, Nederland
Werktijden: maandag tot en met vrijdag, van 08.00 tot 16.30 uur
Wat je gaat doen
- Standaardcomponenten assembleren volgens vastgestelde procedures, zodat de productkwaliteit consistent blijft.
- Samen met je collega’s de productielijn draaiend houden en de dagelijkse doelstellingen behalen.
- Handgereedschap en assemblage- en fabricageapparatuur veilig en effectief gebruiken.
- Veiligheidsnormen, processen en procedures volgen om een veilige werkplek te waarborgen.
- Je werk controleren aan de hand van onze kwaliteitsstandaarden om fouten te voorkomen.
- Je werkplek schoon en georganiseerd houden en zo bijdragen aan een veilige en efficiënte workflow.
Wat je meebrengt
- Minimaal één jaar ervaring in een lean assemblageomgeving.
- Ervaring met handgereedschap.
- Je vindt repeterend assemblagewerk prettig.
- Je bent praktisch ingesteld, flexibel en werkt graag samen.
- Je kunt werken met deadlines en bent indien nodig beschikbaar voor overwerk.
