We are a young team and love our informal "du" culture combined with good manners. **COME AS YOU ARE AND SHOW WHAT YOU CAN...** **... in a 4-day week.** Enjoy 3 days off every week and the opportunity to organise your free time more flexibly. #### Job Description **What does your working day look like …** - You take care of our event guests – hand in hand with your team, from early until late - You coordinate events with all internal departments and make sure everyone has all the information - You handle the translation of menus and various event and sales documents (German/English) - You are responsible for all group enquiries from 8 rooms upwards - You prepare quotes, contracts and invoices - You create forecasts, reports and revenue analyses - You attend internal meetings - You are the contact person for the team when the manager is absent - You create training and duty rosters - You actively maintain customer relationships and support sales activities - You ensure compliance with hotel standards and quality assurance in the events area - You enter bookings into the system, create rooming lists and prepare everything for a perfect check-in and stay - You conduct customer meetings on site and supplement them with telephone coordination - You take care of house tours for event and corporate clients - You prepare the shift and make sure everything is tidied up afterwards - You keep track of everything, even when every room in the house is sold out and all lines are glowing #### Qualifications **Your personality counts for more than your CV …** - You have professional experience in a similar role and are a passionate host - You are open and communicative, without hesitation to assert yourself when needed - You enjoy working with people and inspiring them - You are passionate about good food and drinks and love discovering new concepts - You bring not only your skills but also your character - You speak German and English fluently #### Additional Information **What's in it for you...** - Work as a full-time team member only 4 days a week with full salary compensation and unchanged holiday entitlement / after successfully completing the probationary period - Get to know our 25hours Hotels and stay up to 10 nights a year free of charge as an employee - As part of Ennismore, enjoy generous discounts at our bars and restaurants as well as when booking hotel rooms around the world - Benefit from great offers from our numerous cooperation partners - Align your personal situation with work – we are open to part-time employment and other arrangements - Be part of our colourful staff parties and much more ...
