Assistant Officer Personal Banker Consumer Banking Group

You will acquire current and savings accounts from the branch catchment area and source salary accounts from corporate customers. You will activate opened accounts, support UPI linkage, grow savings balances and customer wallet share across banking products, manage the portfolio, participate in corporate events, work with internal teams, and conduct local micro-marketing activities to generate leads.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new current and savings accounts from the branch catchment area
• Source salary accounts from corporate customers
• Activate opened accounts and support UPI linkage
• Increase savings balances and customer wallet share across banking products
• Manage the customer portfolio
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events
• Build relationships with internal teams to leverage SME relationships
• Conduct low-cost micro-marketing activities to generate leads
