Key responsibilies as follows:

1. Develop a labor demand plan for the production department with IE

2. Collaborate with HR to advance recruitment progress to meet the labor needs of the production department

3. Develop employee training programs to continuously enhance their skills

4. Overall management of employee attendance supports a stable production workforce

5. overall management of buffer team to support fexible labor need across the plant
