Asst. PD Supervisor

Key responsibilities of this role is as follows:

1. Participate in policy and process formulation to align production with company goals.

2. Improve operational mechanisms and quality systems.

3. Coordinate production resource to fulfill daily production plan

4. Utilize Lean Production and Six Sigma to optimize process to improve efficiency，qualilty and cost.

5. Perform continuously training to improve team members’ skill

6. Assist production manager to fulfil other management related assignment
