Join a leading class-action and complex litigation firm as a Senior Associate Attorney. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact wage-and-hour and consumer class-action cases, shape litigation strategy, and mentor junior attorneys while working on significant, high-profile matters.
Requirements
- 5+ years of employment litigation and class-action experience
- Proven ability to manage cases independently and lead a team
- Expertise in strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, and settlements
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise Junior Associates
- Oversee complex, high-stakes cases from start to finish
- Develop case strategies and coordinate discovery, depositions, and motions
- Guide client communications throughout litigation
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning on major legal issues
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $200K–$400K + substantial bonuses
