- Promote the value proposition internally and externally and constantly search for new ways to improve it.
- Serve as CXG's internal and external automotive industry expert and the key point of contact for automotive projects, strategic client discussions, and new business opportunities.

- Coach CSMs to identify whitespace, develop account expansion plans, and build stronger relationships with senior client stakeholders. Join client meetings whenever your expertise can increase the value of the discussion or support the conversion of an opportunity.
- Advise clients on CXG's Automotive value proposition, and ensure discussions cover our Measurement, Academy, Customer Insights, and Consulting capabilities.
- Own the business development effort for the Automotive Industry practice, from market mapping and opportunity creation through proposal development, negotiation, and conversion.
- Develop and nurture CXG's visibility and credibility across relevant automotive markets through active networking, industry events, thought leadership, and white papers.
