# Azure DevOps Engineer ## Job Summary The Azure DevOps Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, developing CI/CD pipelines, and automating processes. This position is essential to ensure efficient operations, security, and governance within the DevOps framework, contributing to the organization's overall objectives. ## Responsibilities - Design, implement, and manage **CI/CD pipelines** using YAML and Classic methods. - Utilize **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** solutions with Bicep for environment provisioning. - Automate deployments and manage operations using **PowerShell** and **CLI**. - Manage and orchestrate **containers** to support application deployment. - Implement **security**, **monitoring**, and **governance** practices across the Azure environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage in client interactions to support project development. ## Qualifications - **4-6 years of experience** in Azure cloud services. - Proficient in **CI/CD** pipeline configuration and management. - Strong understanding of **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** using **Bicep**. - Expertise in automation with **PowerShell** and **Command Line Interface (CLI)**. - Experience with container technologies. - Familiarity with security, monitoring, and governance practices. - Good **communication skills** to interact with clients effectively. - Availability for **UK shift hours** (until 9:00 PM). ## Preferred Skills - Additional experience with **DevOps** practices and tools. - Understanding of **Agile methodologies**. ## Experience - A minimum of **4 to 6 years** in a related role, with practical experience in Azure and DevOps operations.
