Client is looking for dynamic individuals who want a lot of ownership and can adapt to change. As the team is small (3x Co Founders, 1 Designer and 1 Frontend), team fit is also important. They look for people who can iterate and ship quick, someone who cares about execution, speed and customer obsession. And interested in joining a start-up so they can have a lot of ownership in the role.
