If you want to be part of our team, be sure to get in touch with us._ ### **Salary conditions** 1 500 EUR/month The starting base salary is 1 300 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 200 EUR and depends on your skill; it may be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 700 EUR, depending on the fulfilment of individual and branch targets. For working in the business center, we will also reward you with a monthly allowance of 150 EUR. YOUR ROLE AS A CLIENT ADVISOR WILL BE TO: - contribute to supporting sales and cooperate with the team, - look for sales opportunities for all banking products and services, - provide information and expert advice to clients, - carry out cash desk and currency exchange operations, - carry out client service operations and handle cash responsibly, - take part in administrative activities, - continuously educate yourself about developments in the world of finance and grow professionally. _What you can expect from us_ - As an employee you will receive benefits that grow as you grow with us.
