Bar Supervisor – Sombra at Gaucho

Sombra, the bar at Gaucho, is looking for a Bar Supervisor to lead the bar team and oversee daily operations.

You should have at least two years of management or supervisory experience, strong cocktail-making skills, and good knowledge of wines and spirits, particularly those from South America. We value teamwork, a hands-on attitude, and a passion for excellent guest service.
