At Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for a creative, skilled, and charismatic Barman, who will craft high-end mixology drinks and deliver authentic bar experiences to our guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature mixology creations, spirits, and beverages according to Belmond standards.

• Engage with guests at the bar, providing tailored drink recommendations, spirits storytelling, and a warm atmosphere.

• Maintain bar setup, mis-en-place, cleanliness, and stocking throughout operational hours.

• Manage bar inventory, liquor controls, and minimize beverage waste.

• Ensure full compliance with beverage safety, hygiene, and local alcohol service regulations.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in high-end hotel bars, luxury lounges, or cocktail bars.

• Deep knowledge of classic mixology, contemporary cocktail trends, spirits, and garnishes.

• Charismatic personality, excellent conversational skills, and attention to detail.

• Speed, organization, and efficiency during high-volume service.

• Fluent in Italian and English.
