Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist (English & Spanish) - Remote
Description
United Signers handles client intake and signups for US personal injury law firms. You will call people who were in an accident and already contacted one of our partner law firms, answer their questions, qualify the case, and guide them through signing the firm's retainer by phone and e-signature, in Spanish and English.
Required Qualifications:
- Personal injury or legal intake experience (strongly preferred).
- Proven phone sales or closing results.
- Fluent Spanish and advanced English.
- Stable internet and a quiet workspace.
- Availability during US Pacific business hours.
Compensation and Logistics:
- Pay: USD 1,200/month.
- Remote, paid directly.
