What you’ll be doing

• Leading the kitchen team and setting high standards
• Creating seasonal, nutritious and well-balanced menus
• Driving food innovation and strong GP performance
• Recruiting, training and developing your team
• Working closely with site and operations teams
• Attending BM forums and leading craft workshops
• Building strong customer connections and using feedback to inspire ideas
• Ensuring full food safety and compliance standards are met

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leader
• Passion for ingredients, seasonality and presentation
• Confidence leading and developing teams
• Commercial awareness and focus on standards
• Great communication and organisation skills
• A proactive and inspiring approach
