Branch Director of Operations

We are seeking experienced and talented Senior Community Association Managers to fill the position of Director of Operations for our growing and busy property management branch in the vibrant Longwood, FL area. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational, management, and leadership skills. As the Director, you will oversee the operations and growth of our branch, ensuring expectational service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Community Association Managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property management branch, ensuring efficient workflows and hi-quality service delivery.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve branch objectives.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted adviser and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational metrics to meet or exceed branch targets.

• Identify business development opportunities and participate in marketing efforts to expand the branch's client base.
