Integrated into one of these 2 entities, you will be trained and supported by your manager and will aim to develop our **Key Accounts** client portfolio. **1. Developing your entity's commercial activity** (80% of the time) Your objective is to grow the client portfolio; we will entrust you with an account to develop from scratch (of course with support!): - Cold calling and client meetings. - Gathering and analyzing client needs. **2. Commercial and salary negotiation** In collaboration with your manager, you will be fully involved in negotiations with clients and consultants: - Commercial negotiation: pricing, start date, and other contractual terms - Salary negotiation: compensation, start date, and other terms **3. Recruiting future consultants** - Identifying the best candidates via job boards and social networks (LinkedIn Recruiter…) - Phone pre-screening and conducting video/in-person interviews #### Qualifications 🎓 You are enrolled in a **master's program** and are looking for a **6-month final-year internship.** 💪 You **want to learn**, show **commercial drive**, and have a **taste for challenge.** 👋 You have an **excellent interpersonal style** and know how to **build connections**.
