Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adoption of new tools and workflows (10%).Collaborate with engineers and IT specialists on backend integrations, security, and data pipelines (15%).Establish and maintain best practices, documentation, and training for business-facing solutions (10%).Educate junior team members to expand Business Technology capacity (5%).Track success metrics and communicate results to leadership (10%).Analyze current business processes across the company and propose opportunities where automation practices may be applied to improve user experience and productivity (5%).Identify opportunities to better leverage existing technology solutions to solve business problems, including data management, task automation, and reporting (5%).
