Stage at company: FY 24 INR 75cr. FY 25 250 cr getting at breakeven stage. Growing 3x every year.

IPO readiness in 1-2 years.

1) Align the systems.

2) Exp in Brick and motor type companies. Seen Supply chain , working capital management, inventory management

3) IPO readiness , CFO-1 role from listed companies. Need someone who has process mindset
