Rate: 155 PLN net + vat/ hour

Summary: The primary goal of this role is to oversee change and release management activities for a program focused on transitioning to Google Cloud, ensuring effective communication and coordination between technical and business stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the change and release processes related to business and technical transformations.
Facilitate and coordinate necessary changes with application development teams.
Ensure adherence to the bank's internal change management processes and guidelines.
Coordinate information sharing and upskilling activities for relevant users.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in change and release management.
Practical experience in cloud migration projects, specifically in change and release management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficient analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience in facilitating information sharing requirements.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Ownership and proactivity in work.
