Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of your station and dining areas
• Ensure impeccable service standards and guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to enhance the dining experience
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role in luxury environment
• Sommelier certification or advanced wine knowledge preferred
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
• Passion for excellence and attention to detail
