Chef for Middle Eastern Cuisine, Pizza Style Restaurant Expanding Its Menu

We are looking for an experienced chef specialized in Middle Eastern cuisine for a pizza-style restaurant that is expanding its menu. The job is kitchen-based only and does not include customer service. Main duties include preparing Middle Eastern dishes such as: -shawarma -falafel -hummus -kebabs -grilled dishes -sauces and traditional spices Requirements: practical experience in Middle Eastern cooking ability to work independently and fast good hygiene and cleanliness reliable and punctual
