This is an exciting opportunity to mentor, support, and guide two associate veterinarians while maintaining an active clinical role. As Chief of Staff, you will serve as the hospital's medical leader, helping drive clinical excellence, fostering a collaborative team culture, and influencing the medical direction of the practice.
You'll partner closely with a dedicated support staff and leadership team to elevate patient care, coach and develop fellow DVMs, and create an environment where both team members and pets thrive.
