Requirements / Qualifications

• INTERNAL candidates must complete the short-form application and upload any certificates required for the position they are applying for that they do not currently possess or that are not on file.
• SUBSTITUTES and EXTERNAL candidates must upload ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS listed below to be considered.
• Hard copies and faxes are not accepted. All documents must be uploaded to EDJOIN.

• Copy of Transcript (48+ Semester College Units, Associate Degree or higher or NCLB Paraprofessional Certificate)
• CPR/First Aid Certification (Must have valid CPR & First Aid Certificate)
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Must Submit Two (2) Letters Dated within the last Twelve (12) months.)
• Proof of HS Graduation (or equivalent )
• Resume

Cabrillo Elementary - 4.75 hours / 12:45 pm - 6:00 pm
Foothill Knolls - 2 hours / 6:30 am - 8:30 am
Foothill Knolls - 4 hours / M,T,TH,F - 2:15 pm - 6:00 pm, W - 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Pepper Tree Elementary - 2.2 hours / M,T,TH,F - 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm, W - 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Pepper Tree Elementary - 1.5 hours / 6:30 am - 8:00 am
