Please complete this application if you are interested in being a Classified Substitute in the Fort Thomas Independent District. Classified positions include, but are not limited to: Instructional Assistants, Cafe', Bus Monitors, etc.
Requirements to be a Classified Substitute
- Applicant must be over 18 years old
- Applicant must have a HS Diploma or GED
- Applicant must obtain a clear CAN Check and FBI Fingerprint Check
- Applicant must complete a series of online Safe Schools modules
After completing this online application, please pick up a "CLASSIFIED SUBSTITUTE PACKET" available at Central Office, located at 28 N. Fort Thomas Avenue, Fort Thomas, KY. This packet contains information needed to have a complete application.
