Real Estate firm, located in Montreal Canada seeks a Clerical/Data Entry position

Duties

-Entering names, addresses, phone numbers into a customized system

-Entering board meeting notes into Yardi (will train)

-Scanning documents

-Making follow up calls to Property Managers to gather information

-Typing a letter on Ms Word

Must be detail oriented, juggle various tasks
