Lead a Complex Global Clinical Study with strategic impact
As Clinical Trial Program Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company' clinical development strategy. Reporting to the Head of Clinical Operations, you will assume responsibility for a strategically important Global Clinical Study while influencing the future direction of the company's development portfolio.

Operating in an outsourced model, you will provide strategic oversight of CROs and external partners, ensuring clinical programs are delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, timelines, and budget. You will serve as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, driving cross-functional decision-making, managing program risks, and translating development objectives into successful execution.

Beyond study delivery, you will contribute to lifecycle management, portfolio development, and the evaluation of future business opportunities, combining scientific insight, business acumen, and operational excellence to create long-term value. This is a highly visible role offering a rare combination of strategic influence, broad organizational exposure, and ownership of complex global development activities.

Global Clinical Study Leadership in an outsourced setup
You bring extensive experience from the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry and a proven track record of leading complex global clinical development programs. Operating in fully outsourced environments, you have successfully provided strategic oversight of CROs and external partners while maintaining accountability for quality, timelines, budgets, and study outcomes.

You combine a strong understanding of clinical development, global regulatory requirements, and ICH-GCP with the ability to translate scientific and business objectives into executable strategies. With sound business acumen and a strategic mindset, you are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, navigating complex matrix organizations, and driving cross-functional decisions that create value and accelerate delivery.
