Construction & Facilities Sales Representative
Enterprise Construction Group is seeking a motivated, results-driven Construction & Facilities Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and generating results within the construction and facilities industry, must speak English & Spanish.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new client relationships, promoting the company's construction and facilities services, and helping grow our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and facilities markets.
- Generate leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and other business-development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, property managers, facility managers, and other industry professionals.
- Present and explain company services to prospective customers.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, estimates, and sales opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
- Negotiate and close sales while achieving established revenue goals.
- Track sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
- Represent Enterprise Construction Group professionally in meetings, networking events, and industry activities.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience required.
- Experience in the construction and/or facilities industry preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to develop new business and close sales.
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
- Self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating with a team.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer-service skills.
Ideal Candidate

Experience selling construction services, commercial facilities services, property maintenance, renovation, or related services is a strong plus.
